Meet Jayme Karr. With over 15 years of experience leading innovative brands in the food and wellness sectors, Jayme brings a strategic vision and deep expertise to Cardaõm as its Co-Founder and CEO. Having worked across sustainable sourcing, product development, and global supply chain management, Jayme is passionate about reconnecting consumers to authentic, organic ingredients.

Under Jayme’s leadership, Cardaõm focuses on honoring the rich heritage of spices through ethical partnerships with farmers along ancestral trade routes.

Jayme’s mission is to create a brand that not only elevates flavor but also promotes health, sustainability, and meaningful connection through every carefully crafted product.

Meet Eva Davidová. Eva started Cardaõm two years ago, inspired by a vision to revive ancestral spice traditions through pure, organic ingredients. She met Jayme almost a decade ago while working together at Samovar Tea Lounge in San Francisco, where they discovered a shared passion for wellness, ritual, and sustainability. With over a decade of experience in food innovation and natural wellness, Eva now advises the brand under Jayme’s leadership. Her commitment to authenticity and meaningful storytelling continues to shape Cardaõm’s mission to inspire nourishing rituals and celebrate the heritage behind every spice.
